Lee Lazerson, LCAM
…is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
Lee is an operations management, customer service and sales professional.
He began his career in broadcasting and media, and was in senior sales management for a number of television properties throughout the United Sates and here in Florida.
Prior to Oasis Community Management, Lee was operations and development manager for a multiple location entrepreneurial venture serving the medical treatment industry in Florida.
Lee is a fan of the game of basketball and a former collegiate and high school basketball official, and was twice elected President of the Broward County Basketball Officials Association.
Lee also served as National Television Host of To Life, L’Chaim on Jewish Life Television.
Becky Lazerson, LCAM
…is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
Becky is an Operations Management, Accounting and Bookkeeping specialist. She began her career as an auditor for one of the world’s largest accounting firms in Washington, DC.
During her career she held senior level accounting and auditing positions in private industry and public accounting.
Becky was Chief Operations Officer for an electronic and hard copy storage facility primarily serving the mortgage industry.
Prior to Oasis Community Management, Becky was the principal in her own accounting/bookkeeping practice, Becky built a business from the ground up into a very successful practice.
Robert Lazerson, LCAM
…is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Robert is a project management, customer service, and sales professional. He graduated from UCF in 2012 with a B.S. in Psychology and promptly joined the top Medical Staffing and Recruiting Firm in the United States.
After 3.5 years as a sales representative, Robert moved into a management role where he trained and developed a team of sales professionals to be the highest grossing team in the company. In January 2021, he left that career behind to join the family business.
Robert supervises community development and internal project management; and manages select properties predominantly east of the Turnpike.
In his personal time, Robert is an avid golfer and sports fan. He and his wife Kelly have a beautiful baby boy and two dogs and thoroughly enjoy life in South Florida.

From managing your architectural review forms, processing community purchase and tenant applications, to working with our vendor support staff, we strive to work diligently to be timely and professional with the work we do.
Our diverse background brings experience across a range of service industries – from funeral and memorial planning services to retail service, to major charity donation support, to restaurant and food service.
We have experience dealing with all types of issues in many different environments.
